Crazy Words With Friends

Yea yea.. I'll admit it, I think I'm addicted to Words with friends! It's fun isnt' it? I have about 9 games going right now and my win/loss record is probably like 50/75 which tells you I loose more than I win but thats ok.

The only thing I wish they would change is add multiple player support for 3 or more in a single game and maybe add an online version that I can play from the web browswer. I really like the scoring on board and how you have 8 chances for triple word instead of 4 like in Scrabble. This makes for more exciting game play and higher scores.

Ranger Game 5-13-11

Kaylie and I were fortunate to get some pretty good seats to the Rangers game on May 13th vs the Angels. I love that she has become such a baseball fan in particular a Rangers fan, in particular a Ian Kinsler fan!

We bought a Rangers ticket package this year so we have more games to go to! Lets hope they continue into the post season like they did last year!

Who's That Girl??

Who is that girl? I was so surprised when I got this picture sent to me while I was out of town last week. Apparently that is my daughter Reese when she has her hair completely straight. I LOVE IT!! Let me tell you this is not the girl I wake up every morning at 6am. There is a reason we've said she has crazy hair since she was born.

New Brew

So Michelle went out last night with her lady friends so I had a little party of my own.... Meet Shiner Light Blonde. These 6 ladies helped keep me and my neighbor company while we cleaned out brew kegs for Rockwall Brews.

Blogging Again

Not sure why but I got the urge to start blogging again today. I used to blog alot back in 07/08 when I was developer but when I got my new job I seemed to have the time. Back then I was using a blogging platform called InstantSpot but it has sense been shut down. So now I'll give Blogger a shot. My wife uses Blogger to keep our distant family up to date on our happenings. There are lots of cool features here so I am excited to get back at it.

If you know me I'm a technology buff so that should give you a pretty good indication of what this blog will be about. I'm lucky enough to see a lot of cool stuff in my job and I think I want to start blogging about it. If not for you, for myself so I can remember things!

More to come.. thinking about what my first offical post will be about, maybe Mozy or Amazon Cloud Drive.
